My 20ish year career spans across the globe - from the early days of social entrepreneurship (Ashoka) to one of the first early impact investing firms (HIP Investor) to a pioneering social enterprise (Revolution Foods) to a scaled social venture moving to its next iteration (Playworks),   I have been part of a $30M turnaround and been a driving force in growing a company from $14M to $165M. Professionally, I have worked across a wide range of organizations spanning industries including (but not limited to): Education (K12), Cloud Based Computing, Philanthropy, Non-Profit, Financial Services, Food Service, CBD, Professional Development/Client Services, Enterprise Software and IoT.

My experience underlies and informs my focus (and passion) on building companies that are reimagining our world. My essential beliefs are:  relationships are at the core, bravery is showing up over and over again, and honesty (with ourselves and with others) is paramount. I believe results must be coupled with an intentional experience/process.  I am committed to helping others truly discover what’s happening around them, bravely stepping forward towards it, and, perhaps most importantly, co-creating a concrete way to continue moving forward.

I recently made the move back home to Northeast LA with my three kiddos and our dog, Sophie. On any given day, you can find me hanging with my kids at their games + musical performances, practicing yoga, running + hiking with Sophie, trying out any and all breakfast burritos, cheering for the Dodgers, reading any and everything that I can get my hands on, and looking for our family’s next travel adventure.
